Frank Hornung

Frank Hornung is the head of product management at orangedental and serves as the CEO of HD Medical Solutions. He studied computer science at the University of Würzburg in Germany in 1993, specialising in control engineering, artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning processes. His engineering career has spanned roles in mechanical engineering, control engineering, programmable logic controllers, and non-destructive material testing. Hornung has extensive international experience in development, consulting, and sales for CBCT products in both dental and human medicine. He is a recognised specialist in the fields of medical 3D diagnostics, AI and digital workflows.
