The LC 3DPrint Box is a revolutionary UV curing unit, specially designed for post curing 3D printing materials. The new LC 3DPrint Box is equipped with 12 UV light bulbs which are strategically placed inside the unit. This ensures that a product is illuminated from all directions, which results in a quick and uniform curing cycle. The spacious inside (LxB:26cm; H:19,5cm) of the LC 3DPrint Box allows you to easily cure multiple products at once. In addition, the box has enough space to place an articulator inside. When necessary, the UV light bulbs can be changed easily.
LC 3DPrint Box Benefits
- High load capacity (LxB 26 cm , H19,5 cm)
- Full light spectrum (300-550 nm)
- Short polymerization times
- Controlled temperature for optimal curing
- Noiseless
- Objects are illuminated from all sides
- New post-process method (without additional nitrogen)
- Freedom to set individual exposure times
- One Unit for all countries
Obtain excellent material properties
Post-curing is an UV light treatment to ensure that NextDent materials obtain full polymer conversion and its final color. Through post-curing the residual monomer is reduced to a minimum and highest mechanical properties are obtained. This procedure is a necessary step to produce a biocompatible end-product.
The new LC 3DPrint Box allows you to post-cure all of the NextDent 3D printing materials. Post-curing is required in order to obtain the final material properties. After the printing process the printed material is not yet fully cured and should be treated. Always follow the instructions for use relevant to the corresponding material. Post processing variates between different materials.
