The third laser generation "AdvErL Evo" offers the perfect combination of functionality, ergonomy and elegant design. The ER:YAG laser’s operation is minimally invasive and has proven particularly suitable for use in periodontology, as well as for peri-implantitis conditions among others: The laser removes the biofilm on implant surfaces or diseased tissue very efficiently without causing any damage to deep tissue layers. This is achieved by the micro-explosions which take place on the surface of the tissue to be treated. In addition, the practitioner has easy access and direct view of the preparation area thanks to the scaler-like handpiece. The application tips of the AdvErL Evo are a further unique feature as the water and air supplies are integrated directly into the tips in order to guarantee minimally invasive treatment.
