Fotona – LightWalker

Fotona’s LightWalker is a well-established dental laser system designed to deliver high clinical versatility across a wide range of indications. Featuring up to 20 W of power, two wavelengths, six pulse durations and four specialised pulse modes, the platform enables multiple treatment protocols within a single device.

At the core of its performance is Fotona’s patented QSP mode, providing precise and efficient ablation for hard-tissue procedures, surgical applications and dental aesthetics. This allows clinicians to address diverse clinical needs using one system.

In endodontics, LightWalker incorporates SWEEPS technology, which utilises laser-induced shock waves and cavitation effects to enhance cleaning of complex root canal systems. The technology supports the removal of smear layer, debris and biofilm and can also be applied in periodontal and peri-implant treatments.

The system further extends its application range with Fotona’s SMOOTH mode, supporting non-invasive facial aesthetic and anti-snoring procedures such as SmoothEye, Fotona 3D, LipLase and NightLase.
